Hello! Sorry that there haven’t been any updates in a while…but here’s the latest news:
My mom and I will soon be traveling to Nebraska for the 69th Doolittle Raid Reunion, where all five surviving raiders will be. (For any interested, the reunion is April 14th-17th, details at www.doolittlereunion.com) At the reunion, my mom and I will be able to meet the raiders, get autographs, and hopefully do some final research for my book!
Speaking of my book, here’s the info on that. I’ve been working a lot on Denver and the Doolittle Raid over the past few months. Besides adding lots of interesting facts and a new chapter, I’ve added almost all of the photographs to the book, so it will be full of interesting, historical photos. The book should be available for sale before the end of the year, but nothing is guaranteed.
